One of my photos of an elephant in Addo Elephant Park, South Africa has been used by Earth Week in an article on an elephant in India.
I don’t recall them asking me for permission to use my photo but I never object providing, as they have, they credit me.
However, I wonder if any readers of their site will realise they are looking at an African elephant and not an Indian elephant?
